Crucial Conversations

Paul Hutcheson specialises in helping people have difficult conversations. Conflict is a reality that many of us prefer to avoid, but problems left to fester never resolve themselves, says Paul. Learning the communications skills to deal with conflict situations is essential if we are going to have enjoyable and successful careers.

One of New Zealand’s most experienced mediators, Paul has handled more than 2,000 mediations in a career spanning 17 years. He offers mediation services, workplace relations audits, training in communication/conflict skills and one-on-one work coaching.

Creating a website is a team effort. A special challenge in this project was that Paul has a sight disability. FitzBeck Creative worked closely with Paul, talking through all visual, creative components and collaborating on structure and content. A lot of thought went into future-proofing the site to ensure it stays fresh and engaging.
